To whom it may concern

The Pomona and District Chamber of Commerce (PDCC) extends its support for the Cooroy
Eco-wash vehicle washing facility proposed for 30-34 Elm Street Cooroy, subject to the usual
caveats for such a development concerning building design and traffic management measures,
as well as the requirements for a proposed bus/rail transfer facility opposite.

The proposed new business does not compete directly with any other business in the
Hinterland. The PDCC believes there is a need for this facility and supports the creation of
further employment opportunities in the Hinterland generated by the vehicle wash facility.

The Chamber commends this project to Noosa Council.
