Dear Council,

Bunnings Noosaville: 178 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville
Application for a minor change to a development approval (Pursuant to Section 78 of the Planning
Act 2016).
Council Ref: REC14/0005
We act for Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd regarding an existing development approval issued by Noosa Council
(Council Ref: REC14/0005) over the land situated at 178 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville (Lot 101 on
SP279285 [formerly Lot 101 SP241371]).
An extension application was recently lodged with Noosa Council, seeking a two-year extension to the
currency period of the approval, which will result in a new currency period end date of 25 March 2023. The
extension application is currently with Council for assessment (Council ref: REC14/0005.02).
As part of Council’s assessment, it was determined that a minor change application was necessary in order to
update the ROL Plan. Council have confirmed that the fee for this application would be waivered except for a
small administration fee.

Request for Minor Change
As a result of an earlier 1 into 2 lot ROL approval being enacted and sealed (REC 12/0014) the island lot
identified as “Part Lot 101” has since been titled and is now registered as “Lot 102”. As a result the ROL Plan
the subject of the extension application (REC14/0005) is required to be updated to correctly reflect the shape,
size and lot titling registration/titling of the island lot to ensure consistency and accuracy of the subdivision
once enacted.
As such we provide the attached updated ROL plan (Attachment A) and request this this change application
be assessed concurrently with the extension application currently lodged with Council (Council ref:
REC14/0005.02).
As the amendment to the ROL Plan is merely being sought to reflect the existing situation onsite (as approved
by Council under REC 12/0014) for consistency purposes, the change is considered minor as it will not result
in a substantially different development from that previously approved.
