Ecological Assessment Report v2 NCES Ref: J000618 Lot 4 RP36729 – 111 Lake Weyba Drive, Noosaville • Calidris tenuirostris (great knot) – listed as ‘endangered’ under the NC Act ‘critically endangered’ under the EPBC Act; • Calidris ferruginea (curlew sandpiper) – listed as ‘endangered’ under the NC Act and ‘critically endangered’ under the EPBC Act; • Limosa lapponica baueri (Western Alaskan bar-tailed godwit) – is listed as ‘vulnerable’ under the NC Act and the EPBC Act; • Phascolarctos cinereus (koala) – listed as ‘vulnerable’ under the NC Act and the EPBC Act; and • Pteropus poliocephalus (grey-headed flying-fox) – listed as ‘vulnerable’ under the EPBC Act. 3.6 Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map The Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map identifies that the vegetated areas within the site are not located within a ‘high risk area’ prescribed under the Nature Conservation (Wildlife Management) Regulation 2006 (refer to Plate 7).
