ecological value and provide high value habitat linkages. To the south and south-west, scattered
habitat linkages exist through residential allotments.
Due to the limited urban development around the site, it is expected that vegetated areas of the site
will be utilised as habitat and movement for a diverse range of fauna species.
Low topographic areas of the site which hold water are likely to provide habitat and breeding
opportunities for aquatic and riparian species including invertebrates, amphibians and reptiles.
