6. Change Application Submission

Proposed Fencing Elevation – MFP Easy (21.10.2021)

The proposal constitutes a minor change as it does not result in a substantially different outcome from what is allowed by the
approved conditions, in accordance with tests under Schedule 1 of the Development Assessment Rules (1.3). As such, it
should be approved under reasonable and relevant conditions subject to the planning scheme.

      1. DA Form 5;
      2. Owner’s Consent and Title;
      3. Current Approval Conditions and
      4. Proposed Plans.
