Formal Land Reference: Lot 189 on RP135362


This correspondence forms part of a Development Application for Operational Works for
Engineering Works (Driveway Crossover). This application follows the approval for a sighting
variation for a carport and roof structure within Council’s preferred frontage setbacks (Council
Ref: RAB25/0070)


This Development Application has been lodged on behalf of ‘Matthew McHale’. In support of this
application please Replace the attached:
    -    Completed DA Form 1; and,
    -    Civil Engineering Plans, prepared by Ingeniir (Attachment 1).

It is noted that the driveway is assessable development on the basis that the design does not
satisfy RS-050 and that the development results in the removal of a street tree (to be replaced).
Despite this, the development has been designed by an RPEQ civil engineer with the gradients
satisfying AS2890 and therefore the design outcome is suitable for use as a residential dwelling.
