         Proposal:            Development Permit to reconfigure a Lot (Boundary Realignment 3 Lots into 3
                              Lots)

         Location:            1, 3 and 5 Noosa River Drive, Noosa North Shore

         Property Description:                   Lots 1 & 3 CP807560 and Lot 2 RP46057


         In accordance with section 292(3) of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 this response is to
         be treated as a properly made submission

         Fisheries Queensland, a service of the Department of Employment, Economic Development
         and Innovation, is an advice agency for the above-mentioned application as the proposed
         reconfiguration location adjoins the declared Noosa River Fish Habitat Area (FHA).

         Fisheries Queensland has assessed the information supplied against Fisheries Queensland's
         statutory interests under the Fisheries Act 1994 and in particular the impacts of the proposed
         development on the FHA.

         Fisheries Queensland has no objection to the proposed reconfiguration.

         The development application is for reconfiguration of a lot only, and does not involve any
         physical disturbance to tidal lands within or adjacent to the property, or to other natural
         features.
