INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Revised Plans
The development permit for a Material Change of Use has been issued since the time of lodgement and impacts the plan set provided.
Information Required
Provide revised plans set in respect of the Material Change of Use development permit, i.e. implement conditions relating to landscaping, footpath requirement etc.
Issue – Landslide Hazard
The subject site falls within Council’s Landslide Hazard Overlay. The submitted documentation does not include a Geotechnical Engineer’s assessment report which supports the proposed stormwater system.
Information Required
Provide a Geotechnical Engineer report certifying that the proposed stormwater system is suitable to be constructed within the site. The report must be prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ – Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland).
Issue – Community Tile and Common Property
Council is not satisfied that the proposal accurately reflects subdivision by community title scheme.
Information Required
Provide written advice from a Cadastral Surveyor that clearly indicates if the proposed common property over the dividing wall is in accordance with the Land Tile Act and would be suitable for registration upon the completion of the development.
