This document was prepared for the sole use of Noosa Springs Golf Course and any regulatory
agencies involved in this project. No other party should rely on this information without the prior written
consent of Consult Arborist.

The findings laid out in this report are valid for 12 months from the date of the assessment.

If the advice and recommendations made in this report are not strictly adhered to, no responsibility will
be taken for the continuing health and condition of retained trees. Trees are dynamic living organisms
that respond to changes in their environs; repeat assessments are key to maintaining tree vitality, and
structural integrity and reducing any potential risk they may pose.
