The develo'pment    application    for Essence of Peregian Beach at 215 David low Way has been
brought to my attention,    as my family live in the Noosa region and are very familiar with this
site. I would very much like to support this development        being approved as I can see the
significant benefits this will deliver to the whole Pereglan community       and indeed, the wider
Noosa region to have a new boutique       style accommodation      offering right in the heart of the
Peregian Village, The size of the development        and scale of the buildings is appropriate     for
the location and will fit nicely into this surroundings,    down off the main roadway.      The
ability for visitors and residents to easily access the Village, tennis centre, community         centre
and public transport   make this iocation ideal for this type of development.
