A comparison of the Noosa Plan 2006 and Noosa Plan 2020 suggests that while at first glance the
Noosa Plan 2006 includes a greater range of identified consistent uses, these uses are primarily
community based, with the Noosa Plan 2020 additionally identifying office and research and
technology industry as consistent uses for the site.
The key development parameters are relatively also comparable between the 2 planning schemes,
with no real significant differences in the intended building scale and form.
