Notice of Compliance of Public Notification
Development application for a Material Change of Use of Premises for Industrial
Business Type 1 Warehouse, Industrial Business Type 2 Production, Alteration,
Repackaging & Repairing, Retail Business Type 2 Shop & Salon, Retail Business
Type 5 Vehicle Uses, Retail Business Type 6 Hardware Store and Entertainment &
Dining Business Type 1 Food & Beverages on land located at 139 Eumundi Noosa
Road and 30 Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville being legally described as Lot 4 on
SP159610 and Lot 31 on SP170751

I, Peter Folker have undertaken and completed public notification for the above
development application. These actions have been completed in accordance
with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (the Act). The public
notification included:

          Publishing a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on the 9 April 2015. A copy of
           the newspaper advertisement is enclosed with this notice;
          Placing three (3) notices on the land in the way prescribed under the Act
           from 10 April 2015 to 1 May 2015. A photo of the signs as erected on the
           land is enclosed with this notice; and
          Giving a notice to the owners of all the land adjoining the site on 8 April
           2015. A copy of the letters sent is enclosed with this notice.
