COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL


That Council note the report by the Financial Services Manager to the Audit and Risk Committee
meeting dated 4 September 2026 regarding the outcomes of the 2025/26 asset valuation program
and the incorporation of those outcomes into the draft 2025/26 Financial Statements provided to
external audit.
