Property Management Plan
A Property Management Plan is to be prepared and implemented prior to the development
use commencing. The Property Management Plan is to be implemented, maintained and
enforced by the owner of the site.
The Property Management Plan is to include but is not limited to:
• Description of land use and acceptable activities
• Current infrastructure on site including maintenance requirements
• Natural and Cultural resource management
• Landscaping and vegetation management
• Bush fire management plan
• Management of water and waste that may leave the sites
A key issue of the Property Management Plan will be to ensure that stormwater leaving the
site does not impact on the Lake Macdonald Water Supply Catchment and also that waste
from the sewer pump station and land uses does not leave the site. In the event that there is a
spill on site or contaminated water does leave the site, property owner is to immediately
rectify the problem and also inform Unity Water and SEQ Water of the event. By advising both
Unity Water and SEQ Water of the event they will have more time to assess and deal with any
possible impacts on the Lake Macdonald Water Supply.
9. Electrical and Telecommunication
The electrical supply and communications supply for this proposed development will be by
others.
10.Acoustic Assessment
The acoustic requirements and design for this proposed development has been conducted by
others.
