Dear Denis,

Development application for Development Permit for Material Change of Use –
Multiple Housing Type 4 (Conventional- 16 units) located at 30 - 32 Doonella Street,
Tewantin (Council reference: MCU15/0053)

I, John McKennariey, have undertaken and completed the public notification for
the above development application. These actions have been completed in
accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009. The
public notification included:

            Published a notice in the Noosa News on 28 August 2015. A copy of the
             newspaper advertisement is enclosed with this notice;
            Placed two notices on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation on
             30 August 2015. Photos of the signs as erected on the land are enclosed
             with this notice; and
            Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site by letters express posted on
             26 August 2015.
