Further to Councils information request of 2 December 2022 and late information request of 16
March 2023 for the abovementioned development application we now respond to all of the
information requested.

Information request 2 December 2022

Issue – Plans
Further information is required to be submitted to demonstrate the external views of the proposed
resort and impacts on the surrounding streetscape and landform as the plans provided lack detail
and clarity. Further information is sought in relation to the existing and finished ground levels,
retaining walls, internal walls/arbours and fencing when viewed from the street and surrounds.

Further plans are also required as to the rectangular structure in the norther eastern corner of the
site adjacent to Villa 15.
