RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Community Development Manager to the Services &
Organisation Committee Meeting dated 6 July 2021 regarding recommended Round 1 2021-22
Community Project Grants, three year Community Halls and Centres, three year Sports Field
Maintenance Agreements and one year Alliance agreements.



REPORT
The purpose of this report is to provide background information and an overview of the Round 1
2021-22 Community Project Grant, and three-year funding arrangements for Community Halls and
Centres and Sports Field Maintenance Agreements. These grant recommendations are being
presented to Council for its consideration and endorsement at the July 2021 round of meetings.

Seven subsequent reports are being presented to Council for this round of Community Grants
funding. They include:

     2021-2022 Round 1 Community Project Grant
     Events                                                $ 11,000.00
     Equipment                                             $ 18,500.00
     Infrastructure                                        $ 122,605.00
     Programs                                              $ 9,900.00
     TOTAL                                                 $ 162,005.00

     2021-2022 Alliance Agreements                         $ 44,363.93

     2021-2024 Community Halls / Centre Agreements         $ 84,522.41

     2021-2024 Sports Field Maintenance Agreements         $175,934.03
