It is noted that several areas of the studio do not contribute to actual car parking generation, and
these include the reception, office, amenities and storage areas of approximately 110m2.



7.4 Planning Scheme Policies

An assessment of the Planning Scheme Policies has been undertaken. No policies are relevant to the
proposed Indoor Sport and Recreation use and therefore assessment is not required.



7.5 Proposed Conditions of Approval

The following is a list of Conditions which are proposed to Council to be included in the Decision
Notice of Approval should Council deem necessary.

Nature and Extent of Approved Use

Class size must not exceed a maximum of 12 participants at any one time between the hours of
5:00AM to 3:00PM Monday to Sunday. Class size must not exceed a maximum of 17 participants at
any one time during other times.

If the operating hours of Unit 2 change from 5:30AM to 2:30PM Monday to Friday, and 7:00AM to
11:30AM Saturday to Sunday, the class size must not exceed a maximum of 12 participants, unless
agreed to by Council in writing.
