It is noted that under the current Subordinate Local Law 1 the signage approved for building 3
complies with the requirements set out in the General Criteria including a maximum sign face of 6m 2
per sign within the Noosaville Industrial Zone.
A further Development Permit for Operational Works - Earthworks, Landscaping, Roadworks and
Stormwater was issued on 20 July 2021.
