Preliminary Investigation
The property in question is Council-managed road reserve known as Noosa North Shore Esplanade.
Adjacent private properties are set back some 40 metres from the riverbank. Various private vessels
are stored on the Esplanade area and private jetty structures straddle the Esplanade and tidal areas.
