• No events, weddings, parties or the like are to occur on the premises. In support of the
proposal, the following is noted:
• The dwelling is located on a corner site and is orientated to take advantage of the northern
views over the street.
• The dwelling is located to the rear of the site with the main balconies located to the north away
from adjoining properties.
• There is no pool on site.
• The driveway of the adjoining units to the west of the site runs along the common boundary
providing separation between the units and the proposed short term accommodation.
• The site is fully fenced and landscaped.
