The location of the proposed facility (provisional Lot 1 on SP27724) will be located in the road
reserve approximately 65 m east of the formed/bitumen section of Davis Road and approximately
120 m south of Cootharaba Road. The road reserve is heavily vegetated and largely unimproved,
apart from a few sections that have been previously cleared for driveway access and aerial power
lines (i.e. directly north of the proposed facility location). The proposed facility will utilise existing
access and power infrastructure, in conjunction with mature vegetation screening that will
surround the facility to the east, south and west.

Figure 4.2 illustrates an aerial view of the site location and Figure 4.3 shows the proposed location
of the facility within the subject site.
