As discussed over the phone yesterday afternoon, could we please agree to extend the negotiated period for the change representations until 29 November 2019, to enable the matter to be reported to Council’s November meeting round. Please sign and return the agreement form contained in the below link.

 

Should you wish to further clarify any of the proposed changes, please provide your correspondence to Council by this Friday 18 October 2019.
