Water quality and erosion control
  - Metal grate and plates to be placed along street frontage to protect underground services
      from heavy plant.
  - Silt fence to be erected ~5m from street front
  - Turf to be planted along street front to aid in retaining site sediment

   - Underslab services, lift pit works, footings & slab prep 3/9/21 – 22/9-21
   - Pour Basement slab                                       23/9/21

   - Form, prep and pour podium slab                          8/10/21
   - Practical completion                                     21/03/21

Communication with general public
   - Letters to nearby residents to be sent outlining construction duration, site operating times
     and possible traffic delays.
   - Site foreman’s contact details to be displayed at front of site for any queries or complaints

Site cut/fill
    - Excavated sand is removed by 10m3 trucks entering Bottlebrush Ave from the northern side,
        parking on site and leaving through the southern end of Bottlebrush Ave. Trucks are
        estimated to arrive approximately every 30 minutes over a duration of 3 days. All removed
        sand will be transported to Caboolture
    - Any damage to existing roads and gutters along Bottlebrush Ave caused by fill haulage will be
        repaired at Cole Projects expense.
