The development proposes to alter the existing Hofmann Drive access to accommodate entry to
the site from Hofmann Drive, although still restricted to left turns only by the existing raised
median along the centre of Hofmann Drive. To facilitate that altered access arrangement, the
development proposes to create a short left turn lane in Hofmann Drive (clear of the existing on-
road cycle lane), together with associated widening of the access driveway and widening of the
access easement to facilitate two-way movement. Refer Figure 4 – Extension to access
