                                                     Purpose:
                                                     This easement is for the purpose of sewerage.
                                                     Easement C gives the Sunshine Coast Regional Council (Council) the right to use each easement to install,
                                                     access, and maintain sewerage lines and related equipment. The Grantor permits the Grantee to enter the
                                                     Servient Tenement with their contractors and machinery to lay, install and maintain pipes, drains, conduits
                                                     and channels ("the system") for the purpose of conveyance of water.




                                                     Maintenance:
                                                     Council has the permission to enter the property for tasks like repairs, maintenance, and replacement of
                                                     pipes in relation to sewerage.
