EASEMENT SUMMARY
Purpose:
This easement is for the purpose of access. The easement is given to the grantee the right to use vehicles
and machinery over the easement area.
Maintenance:
Both Grantee and Grantor (being the owner of the neighbouring Lot 1 on SP235189) shall keep the
easement area free from all obstructions except in connection with the purpose, not cause any hindrance
or nuisance on the easement area and not do anything on the easement area which might obstruct access
over the easement area.
The Grantor shall, at its sole cost, keep and maintain the easement area in good and substantial repair,
order and condition, including replacement where necessary, appropriate for the use granted by this
Easement.
