The information requested is set out below:
Issue – number of people proposed
The dwellings have 2 bedrooms and a large study which may be capable to sleeping higher numbers of people.  The application does not indicate the number of people proposed to use the dwellings for short term accommodation.
Information Required
Provide the number of beds proposed/expected number of people for the short term accommodation use.

Issue - parking
The existing dwellings provides 4 car spaces.  The Driveways and Parking Code prescribes the following rate for car parking for Short Term Accommodation:
Dwellings —
if a small dwelling—one covered space up to two bedrooms and two covered spaces for three or more bedrooms; and
if not a small dwelling— two spaces; and
one space per four dwellings.
Accordingly 5 covered car parking spaces in total are required.
Information Required
Provide the required number of spaces, while allowing access to existing parking and manoeuvring on site.

The due date for providing the requested information is 22 June 2021. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
