GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES                                            18 OCTOBER 2021


    11    NOOSA HOLIDAY PARK FEES AND CHARGES
    Cr Wegener left the meeting.
    Motion
    Moved:           Cr Wilkie
    Seconded:        Cr Stewart
    That Council note the report by the Property Advisor – Commercial Property to the General
    Committee Meeting dated 18 October 2021 and:
    A.     Set fees and charges for the Noosa Holiday Parks to align with the cessation of the end
           of the January 2023 Queensland school holidays; and
    B.     Adopt the Proposed General Cost Recovery Fees and Commercial Charges schedule
           for Noosa Holiday Parks for the period ending Monday 23 January 2023 as detailed in
           the tables contained within the report.

    Cr Wegener returned to the meeting.

    That item B be changed to read:
    B.    Adopt the Proposed General Cost Recovery Fees and Commercial Charges schedule
          for Noosa Holiday Parks for the period ending Monday 23 January 2023 as detailed in
          the tables contained within the report except for the amounts in Table 1 - Boreen Point
          Campground be altered to be $1 above the current fees for each of the 4 categories.
    For:              Crs Stockwell, Cr Jurisevic
    Against:          Crs Wilkie, Stewart, Lorentson, Finzel, Wegener
