    Committee Resolution
    Moved:            Cr Stewart
    Seconded:         Cr Wilkie
    That Council note the declarable conflict of interest by Cr Finzel and determine that it is in the public
    interest that Cr Finzel participates and votes on this matter because Council believes that Cr Finzel can
    make a fair and impartial decision and therefore a reasonable person would trust that the final decision
    is made in the public interest.

    Against:      Crs Stockwell, Jurisevic

    That Council note the report by the Carbon Reduction Project Officer to the Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 October 2021 about the Expression of Interest
    process for the Climate Change Response Plan Community Reference Group (CRG.); and
    A.    Appoint Councillor Finzel and Councillor Wilkie as members of the CRG with those
          appointments to be reviewed after 6 months; and
    B.    Appoint the following community representatives to the CRG
