I Thys Jager of 26 Seamount Quay strongly object the developement no MCU10/208
corner of Gibson Rd and Skippers Place.
We certainly do not need any more shops around this area as we have sufficient
shops of this kind here,and some of these are empty dew to the lack of business.
We have access to plenty of local shops,and if the nursery goes then it should be
developed as residential not just changed to suit a developer.
A all night store will only create problems and bring lots of noise and other problems,
hooning which allready happens from other late night outlets around the place rubbish
strown around the area.
As this is a residential area we would appreciate it that you leave it as it is.
