I submit that this proposed material change of use is not consistent with
[\oosa's Town Flan. This parcel of land is on the Noosa National Park
boundary and contains habitat important not only to the iconic Koala, but to all
the fauna and flora therein.

To damage/destroy/develop this land will impact on the nearby waterways of
Eenie Creek and Lake Weyba.

A busy facility such as an aged care residence in this location would also
compound existing traffic pressures ... all the same reasons why a similar
proposal for a nearby site was rejected a few years ago.

Please do not grant approval for this development application, while there are
already cleared sites within Noosa's urban footprint which could service the
same perceived need.

Yours sincerely,
Jane Powell
