RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST

Please find below and accompanying to this letter documentation comprising a complete response
to the Information Request dated 24/09/2025

INFORMATION REQUESTED

    1. Provide additional detail demonstrating that vehicles will not scrape when entering/exiting
       the driveway. The additional detail must be prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ)
       and include;

        The design incorporates 1.5m minimum transitions and maximum 12.5% grade transitions in
        compliance with AS2890.1. It is not deemed suitable to provide long sections of the crossover as the
        front and rear wheels would not generally be in the same alignment/section. Production of these
        sections would require 3D modelling of the driveway surface which is considered a costly exercise for
        a minor project which demonstrates compliance with the relevant standards as is.

    2. Provide additional detail demonstrating that a 250mm high point existing between the kerb
       invert and the driveway crossover in accordance with Council’s standard drawing RS-050;

        It is not considered able to achieve both 250mm height above kerb and acceptable grades and
        transitions to the existing residence – it is proposed that Council accept the current design as it is
        equivalent to the existing design in reference to height above the invert of the kerb.

    3. Provide additional detail demonstrating that a replacement street tree will be provided in
       accordance with PSP2 Landscaping

        Refer enclosed updated plans including a replacement tree nomination as specified in the RFI letter.
