Nature Conservation Act 1992
The subject site is partially mapped as a High-Risk Area under the Protected Plants Flora Survey Trigger Map, with
approximately 200m2 located in the northwestern portion of the site (congruent with KHA and Regulated Vegetation
polygons. Desktop and field surveys were conducted within and adjacent to the proposed development footprint, and no
protected plants listed as Endangered, Vulnerable, or Near Threatened (EVNT) under the Nature Conservation Act 1992
were identified.
Whilst the proposed reconfigured boundary is located within 100m of the high risk area, no action associated with this
development application is proposed that would potentially affect the presence of EVNT taxa and further, no species
considered as EVNT taxa have been identified,
Consequently, a Protected Plant Survey permit is not considered to be required prior to establishment and sealing of the
proposed lot reconfiguration.
