 Correspondence               Notice of Stopped Period Notice – Pursuant to s.32.2 of the
 Subject:                     Development Assessment Rules

We write on behalf of Lucy Jane Cottee and Christopher Graham Ferraro, regarding the
development application made over the abovementioned site.

The development application is currently in Part 5 – Decision of the development assessment
process as prescribed by the Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.2). We hereby
provide notice to Noosa Council (“the assessing authority”) stopping the current period for 50
days as follows:

     The current period will stop on 16 September 2020; and
     The current period will recommence on 25 November 2020 *.

* Excluding the public holiday on 05 October 2020 (Queen’s Birthday).

Pursuant to s.32.6(b) of the Development Assessment Rules (Version 1.2) the cumulative
period will be reduced to 80 days and the balance of Part 5 – Decision being two (2) days will
continue until the 27 November 2020.
