The entire area has enjoyed previous Bushfire Management Plans, and this is an update of these previous
plans and bushfire assessments. The entire precinct of Noosa Civic is under onsite management which
includes bushfire. There is an annual seasonal preparedness review that ensures all maintenance is current.
This will continue for all new aspects of bushfire associated with this proposed development including the
emergency access south of Lots 11-15.
