viii.    A Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan will be
         implemented during the construction phase of operation, including water quality
         monitoring requirements. A whole of site Stormwater Management Plan is to be
         developed to inform the Site Based Management Plan to be in place during the landfill
         operation phase.

 ix.     Site management to conduct regular site inspections during landfill operations in
         accordance with the Site Based Management Plan. This includes general site
         inspections and audits against approval conditions and standard procedures.

  x.     Construction quality assurance will be implemented during construction of the landfill
         facility to provide confidence that the construction meets the design requirements and
         specifications.

 xi.     Additional / alternative environmental requirements to be implemented using adaptive
         management principles as required.
