To Whom It May Concern,

I, Stuart Bain, Director of Earth Creation Landscapes Pty Ltd, hereby confirm that all landscape
works undertaken at the above property were completed solely by Earth Creation Landscapes Pty
Ltd under my direct supervision and control.

The landscape works were carried out by myself together with our qualified and experienced
landscape construction and horticultural team. No part of the landscape installation was delegated
to unqualified third parties outside of our direct management.

I have in excess of thirty-two (32) years of practical industry experience in landscape construction,
horticulture, site supervision, and landscape project delivery throughout Queensland. Over this
period, I have successfully delivered numerous high-end residential landscape projects and have
been recognised through industry award-winning project outcomes.

The completed works were undertaken in accordance with accepted industry standards, sound
horticultural practice, and the approved landscape intent for the development. Works included both
hard and soft landscaping components, incorporating site preparation, planting, turfing, garden
establishment, edging, drainage integration, and associated landscape construction elements
where applicable.

To the best of my knowledge and professional opinion, the completed landscape works
substantially accord with the approved landscape design intent and achieve the intended visual,
functional, and environmental outcomes for the site.

Furthermore, I confirm that the landscape works were completed using appropriately skilled
personnel, suitable construction methodologies, and established horticultural practices consistent
with professional landscape contracting standards within Queensland.
