Not applicable.

RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the further report by the Director Infrastructure Services to the Ordinary Meeting
dated 16 August 2018 regarding Tender 1718T146 Stormwater Infrastructure CCTV Inspections
and:
A.                       Defer consideration of the matter to a future Council meeting; and
B.                       Agree to the appointment of an independent evaluation panel to conduct an internal
                         administrative review of the tender evaluation.



REPORT
At the General Committee meeting on 13 August 2018, Councillors considered a report on the
provision of CCTV inspection services for the accurate assessment of Council’s stormwater assets.
Refer to General Committee Agenda item 5, page 15.

Since this time, an administrative error has been identified and therefore the current
recommendation is suggested for deferral by Council to a future Council meeting, pending an
administrative review.

During this time, an independent evaluation panel is to be established who will conduct an
administrative review of the current evaluation (both price and non-price criteria). Upon completion
of this review, the independent evaluation panel will then provide a follow up report to Council with
its recommendations.
