We forward herewith our application for Civil Engineering Operational Works associated with the proposed food and
drink outlet, short‐term accommodation development located at 36 & 38 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach for Council review
and approval. We enclose information relevant to this application as follows:

    Client’s payment for $3,889.00 (Noosa Council Assessment Fee) will be made via credit card

The proposed development is in accordance with the Development Application conditions and addresses the Local
Government’s planning schemes and any other planning documents relevant to the application through the adoption of
Council’s relevant codes.

Our client’s payment will be made via credit card for the amount of $3,889.00 in favour of Council for engineering plan
examination associated with this application calculated as follows:

Assessment Fee            ‐    Works relating to MCU – up to 1,000m2               =      $3,889.00
