Planning Scheme:	Noosa Plan 2020 (25 September 2020)
INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
The submitted plan 20651-C1100 Revision B, indicates the removal of the kerb and channel with a note for the crossover to “tie in neatly and smoothly to the existing asphalt level”.
Information Required
As per standard drawing RS-050, the kerb shall be cut at the invert and dowelled into the remaining channel. Please provide amended plans specifying the proposed tie in details of the crossover with existing infrastructure.
Issue
The non-standard driveway design includes blade pier supports over the sewer main which also encompass the telecommunications conduit.

Please provide a written endorsement from the telecommunications authority for the installation of the non-standard driveway over their infrastructure.
Issue
The submitted plan 20651-C1100 Revision B, does not include reinstatement of the historical concrete footpath across the frontage of the property.
