IWe, Noosaville Medical And Professional Centre Pty Ltd ACN 010 701 425 as trustee under
instrument 718287667 being the registered owner of the above Property, hereby authorise Altum
Properties No.9 Pty Ltd ACN 634 585 578 as trustee for Altum No.9 Property Trust, its
directors, related companies, attorneys and assigns to sign on my/our behalf any applications to
the Noosa Shire Council (and any associated documents) for approvals, preliminary approvals or
permits in respect of the proposed use of the above Property by Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd
ACN 634 585 578 as trustee for Altum No.9 Property Trust, including, without limitation, an
application for material change in use and an application for reconfiguration of a Lot.

IWe acknowledge that Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd ACN 634 585 578 as trustee for Altum
No.9 Property Trust, intend to make application for approvals as referred to in the Contract of
Sale entered into between me/us and Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd ACN 634 585 578 as
trustee for Altum No.9 Property Trust, for the above Property.
