DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION
411 BLACKPINCH ROAD, COOTHARABA www.cardno.com.au
Lot 2 RP206068
Cardno has been engaged by Mr H & Mrs D Herrle to assist in obtaining Operational
Works approval for the proposed driveway access from Blackpinch Road pursuant to
the Reconfiguring of.a Lot approval 152008.750.2. The proposed work involves the
clearing of vegetation in accordance with existing permits to construct a 4m wide

detail the proposed works.
A slope stability assessment (attached)has also been undertaken to verify the potential
for land slip. The results of the investigation indicate the level of land slip risk is Low at
the site.
The Operational Works fee has been determined to be $2,137. This is for carrying out
works relating to a Reconfiguring of a Lot approval.
We enclose copies of the relevant IDAS forms to support the application.
We trust the attached details are satisfactory to enable Council to endorse the
proposed driveway works. Please contact Mr Gavin Fields if you need to discuss
and/or clarify any matter associated with this project.
Yours faithfully
