    That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Audit & Risk
    Committee dated 16 October 2017 and approve the 2016/17 Annual Financial Statements
    (provided at Attachment 1 to the report) for signature by the Mayor and Chief Executive
    Officer.
