Development Application for a Material Change of Use for an Undefined Use (Home
Improvement Store) at 2 and 20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville QLD, 4566 formally
described as Lot 1 on SP222982 and Lot 4 on SP246584
In accordance with Section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and on behalf of Hydrox
Nominees Pty Ltd, please find attached a ’properly made’ development application (Impact
Assessment) for a Material Change of Use for an Undefined Use (Home Improvement Store) at 2 and
20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville. We enclose the following information in support of the application:
IDAS Form 1 (Application Details);
IDAS Form 5 (Material Change of Use assessable against a planning scheme);
IDAS Form 24 (Contaminated Land);
IDAS Form 34 (South East Queensland Koala Conservation State Planning Regulatory
Provisions);
Five (5)copies of the Town Planning, Traffic Engineering, Stormwater and Economic Impact
Assessment reports;
Five (5)sets of A3 sized architectural and landscape plans of the proposed development;
A CD containing an electronic copy of Development Application package; and
A cheque for the application fee amounting to $48,886.00
