     The employment of an experienced and passionate local builder who was prepared to act
       as Principal Contractor for the project.
     Good Governance with respect to the development of a robust deed of agreement between
       Council and the CHMA before the project began and the CHMA entering into professional
       agreements with the builder and other major sub-contractors on the project.
     The energy and generosity of the local community and businesses who really got behind
       the project both financially and with inkind donations.
     Regular meetings between Council representatives and the CHMA as the project
       progressed.
