BCC revenue was marginally under budget while total expenditure finished $15,647 over budget,
due mainly to higher than expected building maintenance costs.

The comparison of the past 4 years’ financial performance below reveals a trend of strong
revenue growth and stabilisation of controllable expenses, leading to net operational surpluses
over recent years.
