6.0 Conclusion

In closing, we find the proposed development to be compliant with the overall outcomes of the
applicable codes and provisions of the Noosa Plan 2006.
We believe the report provides justification for approval of a development permit for Material Change
of Use for Ancillary Dwelling Unit for the following reasons:
       The proposed development is a consistent use within the Industry Zone;
       Relevant and required infrastructure services and networks are available to the current site
        and can support the proposed development;
       The development generally meets the requirements of the code provisions contained within
        the Noosa Plan 2006.
In conjunction with the additional attachments we consider the proposal should be approved subject
to reasonable and relevant conditions and extend our services and support to Noosa Council planning
staff at any point in the assessment process.
