Hey Max

Further to our conversation about your representations, this was a condition imposed by Council and will more than likely need to be decided at a Council meeting.
In order to provide more graphical evidence to accompany your request, it would be worthwhile if preliminary frontage plans (site and elevations) could be drawn up, including:

-          All services

-          Footpaths

-          Bus stop

-          Fencing

-          Drainage etc.

Also as discussed, there is a new bus stop design which was included as part of the condition 15 of the approval. Craig Eldridge (5329 6288) is the principal officer involved with the new design and should be consulted prior to commencing the design.
In addition, please note that Palm Lakes Works Pty Ltd have bought the Trading Post Lane site and have slightly changed their original approval. It is still a requirement for them to also construct this bus stop, when they build 132007.2398.01<https://noosa-eproperty.t1cloud.com/NOOEPRPROD/P1/eTrack/eTrackApplicationDetails.aspx?r=P1.WEBGUEST&f=$P1.ETR.APPDET.VIW&ApplicationId=132007.2398.02> . It might be worthwhile talking with them about the timing of their development (and possible sharing of costs).
