Assessmenr Report

The aim of this report is to illustrate a detailed overview of the proposed development in relation to the
characteristics of the site, the local area and the applicable Local & State Government Planning Regulations.
As such, this report addresses the Overlay Codes of the Noosa Plan 2020.

The main reason for the Boundary Realignment is to allow more room for walking and relaxing around the
Men’s Accommodation of the Vipassana Centre. No fencing or improvements will be made along the new
boundary and no vegetation will be removed.

The site contains an Educational facility with associated accommodation.
